Who We Are

The advocacy group is founded in December 2003. We currently have a

Kyle Gradinger is an urban planner and transportation planner with Wallace Roberts and Todd in Philadelphia. He is also a board member and advocacy chair of the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia. As a Master’s candidate at the University of Pennsylvania in 2004, Kyle conceived and conducted a student charrette to examine the potential reuse of the Reading Viaduct.
Amy Hooper is an Associate Director of Student Financial Services at Temple University. Raised in
Sarah McEneaney is an artist who has lived in Philadelphia since 1973 and in the Callowhill neighborhood for 29 years. She is a founding member of Callowhill Neighborhood Association and the Reading Viaduct Project. Sarah also currently serves on the Boards of Vox Populi Gallery and The Institute of
John Struble is a furniture maker who has lived in Philadelphia since 1997. He is a founding member of Callowhill Neighborhood Association and the Reading Viaduct Project. John exhibits regularly in the annual Philadelphia Furniture and Furnishings Show. Debra Ward is a Finance Manager for Urban Outfitters, Inc. and has lived in Philadelphia since 2000. She also serves on the board of Vox Populi Gallery where her duties include the finances for the non-profit gallery. Debra is an avid arts supporter and collector of local Philadelphia artists.
